Looking for an enjoyable way to stay active and healthy? Why not try one of our weekly classes, right here in your community?

We offer a range of classes throughout the year. Some classes are free,  while other specialist classes, such as Yoga, Dance, and Pilates, cost just $5.50 per class.
 

Each class is between 45 to 60 minutes long, making it the perfect way to fit some exercise into your busy schedule. Whether you're looking to break a sweat or find some inner peace, we’ve got something for you.

Our vibrant Dance Fusion class blends Bollywood, Latino, belly dance and Indian classical‑inspired movement into a joyful 45‑minute workout designed for all fitness levels. With a mix of warm‑up tracks, high‑energy routines, breather songs and a gentle cool‑down, it’s the perfect way to move, smile and shake off the day. No dance experience needed - just comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and a willingness to have fun. Strength You Can Feel 

Pilates with Nikki is all about moving with intention. Each session focuses on controlled, feel-good movement that strengthens your core, improves posture, and supports long-term strength. Expect a slower pace, deep muscle engagement, and that satisfying post-class glow. It’s low impact, highly effective, and perfect for anyone wanting to move smarter and feel stronger.

Step into a practice that teaches you how to stay centered under pressure. Aikido with Coach Andrew introduces the art of calm self-defence, focusing on balance, flow, and awareness rather than force. 

You’ll learn practical techniques while building confidence, coordination, and inner strength in a welcoming and respectful environment. No experience needed, just curiosity and an open mind.

Midweek Motivation, Sorted! 

Feeling flat halfway through the week? This second BoxFit session is your chance to recharge. High-energy boxing, dynamic movement, and plenty of encouragement combine to clear your head and fire up your body.  It’s sweaty, empowering, and the perfect way to reset before the day really begins.
