Looking for an enjoyable way to stay active and healthy? Why not try one of our weekly classes, right here in your community?

We offer a range of classes throughout the year. Some classes are free,  while other specialist classes, such as Yoga, Zumba, and Pilates, cost just $5.50 per class.
 

Each class is between 45 to 60 minutes long, making it the perfect way to fit some exercise into your busy schedule. Whether you're looking to break a sweat or find some inner peace, we’ve got something for you.

Yoga with Gunjan

Your Tuesday Night Reset

You made it through Monday… now it’s time to recharge. Join our much-loved instructor, Gunjan, for an all-levels Yoga class designed to help you release stress, build strength, and find calm after the start of the week.

Each Tuesday evening is your chance to pause, stretch, and breathe deeply so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and ready to take on the rest of the week.

WHEN:

Tuesdays

7:00 PM – 7:45 PM

BoxFit  - Blow Off Steam, Power Up Your Day!

Start your morning with a workout that hits harder! Our weekly BoxFit at the Lifestyle Centre is the ultimate mix of boxing moves, high-energy cardio, and functional strength training. 

Led by our very own Neill, it is the perfect way to release stress, fire up your body, and sharpen your focus before the day begins.

WHEN:

Thursdays

(Running from 9th October)

TIME:

 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM

No boxing experience needed. Just bring your energy, put on the gloves, and discover how good it feels to blow off steam before the day even starts.

Be the first to experience Saltwater Coast’s brand-new Floor Pilates class, led by the dynamic Romina. This is your chance to ignite your core, sculpt long lean muscles, and discover what Pilates is famous for.

Each session delivers strength, posture, and flexibility gains - all wrapped into 45 minutes of energising movement that will leave you feeling powerful, balanced, and unstoppable. Perfect for beginners and seasoned movers alike.

Aikido Returns!

Find Your Balance, Build Your Strength

Step onto the floor and discover the art of a dynamic practice that blends movement, mindfulness, and self-defence. More than a martial art, Aikido is about connection with your body, your mind, and the community around you. 

No experience needed, just curiosity and the drive to try something new as the classes are guided by experienced instructors. You’ll learn how to move with balance and control, develop confidence, and cultivate calm under pressure.

With THREE sessions every week, you can choose the time that suits you best — or come to more than one to fast-track your progress!
